Well, where did you find that picture?
At least the brickwork looks pretty roman to me ("opus testaceum" or "opus latericium"- typical constructions of the Imperial era).
Also the columns look rather like a later copy of Ionic style. Except for the ornaments, they are not Greek at all.
From this prospective it is dificult to tell what kind of building it may have been. But it gives the impression of being part of some greater complex. I'd say either Palatine Hill (Rome) or Pompeii (Naples). But this is just a guess.
